“Mobile Mammogram Screenings” Sponsored by Senator Anthony Palumbo

Senator Anthony Palumbo in partnership with Stony Brook Medicine is pleased to offer Mobile Mammogram Screenings with no out-of-pocket expense. This event is for women 40 and older who have not had a mammogram in the past year and appointments are necessary to attend. Please bring your photo ID and Insurance card, if insured. NOTE: Individuals who do not have health insurance will be processed through the Cancer Services Program of New York, if eligible. Call (631) 638-4135 to make an appointment.
