Coronary artery disease is the leading cause of death for both women and men in the U.S. While men’s risk has been recognized, women’s has been underestimated. Dr. John P. Reilly, Chief of Cardiology at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital, will discuss risk factors, misconceptions, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle suggestions for women regarding heart disease.
