This yoga class will help you build strength and increase flexibility; meditation and breath will also be explored. Core Yoga is a dynamic series of poses where breath is linked to movement.

Sing, clap, and play along with Miss Barbara in this interactive weekly program designed especially for toddlers and preschoolers ages 2-4 with their caregivers.  This is a drop-in program.  Registration is not required.
