Join Chef Rob as he shows you how to use farm-fresh ingredients for your summer entertaining! Rob will demonstrate how to make his delicious Summer Ratatouille Flatbread with Local Eggplant, Zucchini, Bell peppers, and Onions. Also on the menu is a Chopped Shrimp Waldorf salad with apples and grapes. SPACE LIMITED. Non-refundable $10.00 per person due at registration.
