Event Details
In honor of National Hispanic Heritage Month, Carlos Pavan, an Argentine composer based in New York since 2000, will combine tango and folklore rhythms with jazz and classical concepts. Having studied with maestros Jorge Morel, Dave Smey at the Brooklyn Conservatory, and Pablo Ziegler (Astor Piazzolla's pianist), he has performed throughout France, Portugal, Ireland, Scandinavia, Japan, and Greece.
