Join Chef Rob as he demonstrates a Spring Bolognese Sauce with fresh tomatoes, carrots, and basil, topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese over pasta! Also on the menu is a Baked Feta Cheese with garlicky tomatoes and capers, served with warm bread. SPACE LIMITED. Non-refundable $10.00 per person due at registration.
