Practice a series of slow, graceful movements, in addition to breathing exercises, designed to improve your balance, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Please dress comfortably for all Tai Chi classes. Advanced registration is not required, but there is a $10.00 fee payable at the Circulation Desk before each class unless otherwise noted.*
