Join Susan Semerade for guided stretches, exercises, and simple yoga poses, primarily seated in a chair. This fun-filled hour includes breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and meditation.

From the Back to the Bays Educators: Learn about macroalgae's role in water quality, what eutrophication is, and make seaweed presses that will be left at the library, picked up and taken home two weeks later.
